We’re thrilled to be named finalists in three categories at the 2025 Construction Employers Federation (CEF) Excellence Awards!

‘𝙄𝙣𝙛𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧’ – Maghera Public Realm & Environmental Improvement Scheme

CivCo was proud to lead this £9 million Levelling Up Fund regeneration for Mid Ulster District Council. The scheme revitalised Maghera’s town centre with upgraded infrastructure, enhanced public spaces and improved accessibility. Delivered in close collaboration with stakeholders, the project combined modernisation with minimal disruption to create a safer, more inclusive urban environment.

‘𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡/𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙢 & 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧’ – Claudy Country Park

From October 2023 to March 2024, CivCo delivered essential upgrades to Claudy Country Park, including play area improvements, new pathways, fencing and drainage. Works were carried out with full public access maintained and in strict compliance with environmental protections, as the park is both a Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and an Area of Special Scientific Interest (ASSI).

‘𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝, 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮 & 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜’ –

At CivCo, Health, Safety, and Wellbeing are foundational. Our ISO-certified systems (ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001) and CivCo Live Site App support real-time risk assessments and safety alerts across projects. We invest in mental health and wellbeing training for staff and engage local communities through construction safety talks in schools and colleges. Projects like Maghera and Ballymoney Public Realm were delivered without incident — safely, publicly accessible and on schedule.

We’re incredibly proud to see these projects and initiatives recognised. It’s a testament to the collaboration, care and commitment of our entire team and supply chain partners.
