PROJECT BRIEF

NI Water has established the IF105 Integrated Partnerships Framework to support the delivery of its projected capital investments in water and sewerage infrastructure. The framework is designed to enhance water and sewerage systems across Northern Ireland through strategic partnerships and long-term planning.

First Time Services Scheme

PROJECT KEY POINTS

The framework is divided into three multi-party Lots:

  • Lot 1: Water and Sewerage Infrastructure Works (£240 million)
  • Lot 2: Non-Infrastructure Works for Water and Sewerage (£240 million)
  • Lot 3: Combined Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure
Works for Water and Sewerage (£1.2 billion)

PROJECT OUTCOME

As part of this framework, we are actively delivering maintenance, renovation and investment projects for both water and sewerage infrastructure across Northern Ireland. These initiatives aim to modernise essential services, improve water quality and ensure long-term sustainability. The framework enables a coordinated and efficient approach to infrastructure development, ensuring reliability and resilience in the water and sewerage network.

The continuous nature of the project ensures ongoing enhancements and improvements to Northern Ireland’s water infrastructure, meeting both current and future demands.

FEEDBACK

What our client said

“Overall, impressed with the performance of CivCo throughout the duration of the works for NI Water’s My Lady’s Miles (project location within the works package) project. In particular, being able to accommodate the works at short notice and achieve completion of the works on a tight timeframe whilst keeping all stakeholders up to date and informed”
