PROJECT BRIEF

We successfully rehabilitated the existing water main supply network serving key facilities, including the former T&F Hospital, ASHA Centre for Addictions, Erne House, Elem Ward, Lime Ward, Omagh Centre, The Villas, and residential properties at Deverney Road.

The project involved the full replacement of existing watermains with SDR11 PE100 pipework, along with the installation of new ductile iron fire hydrants, valves, flow meters, toby boxes and inspection chambers. Additionally, surface reinstatement was carried out to match existing conditions, including bituminous, landscaped and brick-paved finishes.

All works were completed during normal working hours, minimising disruption. Close coordination with Trust Estates staff ensured efficient traffic management and stakeholder engagement throughout the project.

The project was delivered to the highest standards, providing a modern, reliable water supply network for all connected facilities.
